Cartersville Lions Club celebrated its 78th Anniversary
April 3, 2007. Our club started in 1929
Lions Club Internatonal is the World's largest service organization with
over 1.4 million members.
Since 1917, local Lions Clubs has been giving back to their Community. Our club like all Lions throughout the world are dedicated to the welfare of mankind. Our club provides services
back to the local, state and world communities. Now more than ever, people with vision and hearing problems, the envvironment,
our senior community, our youth, and the disadvantaged around the world need our help. Cartersville Lions Club has been giving
back since 1929.
Each year we have several projects that help us raise the money needed to provide the many programs
that we support. We are famous for our Annual bar-B-Q supper now going into its 76th year, Annual Golf Tournament, White Cane
Fund drive, and of course our Mop and Broom sales. From all the Lions members we welcome you to contact us, visit us
and hopefully consider becoming a member of local Lions Club.
